I'm the Manager of RevOps Systems at Point of Rental Software. I manage Salesforce and the revenue technology our teams use across the US, UK, and Australia.
My day-to-day work covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud: user access, permissions, Flow automation, reporting, and the tools connected to Salesforce.
I hold three Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator I, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, and Salesforce Certified Platform Foundations.
From support to systems.
At Point of Rental, I've worked in technical support training, learning and development, Salesforce administration, customer experience operations, and revenue operations. Each role gave me a different view of what people need from their systems.
My earlier work includes product support at Henry Schein One, audio visual production at Ultimate Outdoor Entertainment, emergency response at SiriusXM, switchboard operations at Sally Beauty, and on-air work at iHeartMedia.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. My career has crossed a few different fields, but helping people understand and use technology has stayed part of the work.
How I work
I start by understanding the problem and checking what's actually happening. Then I make a focused change, test the result, and document what the next person needs to know.
I use AI to help with research, building, and review. I stay responsible for the decisions and the result.
Coworker OS is how I organize that work. It keeps project context, instructions, notes, and repeatable checks together so I can pick things back up and work across tools.
